Pop & Chill is an experiential culinary studio, crafting intimate gatherings where food, art, music, and design come together to spark emotional connection. We curate multisensory pop-ups and cultural moments that transform spaces, celebrate community, and turn shared nights into lasting stories.

Arshia and Parham crossed paths in Vancouver and quickly connected over a shared love for food, design, and bringing people together.
Arshia moves comfortably between space and flavor, blending his architectural eye with an intuitive approach to cooking.
Through Pop & Chill, he translates stories, cultures, and moments into experiences that connect people through flavor and atmosphere.
Parham draws from hospitality and experience design, shaping each gathering with intention, warmth, and attention to flow.
Through Pop & Chill, he creates moments where atmosphere and thoughtful detail come together to foster meaningful connection and a true sense of community.
Arshia’s path into hospitality is rooted in creativity, culture, and curiosity. In 2013, he moved to Istanbul to study architecture an experience that shaped his eye for design and detail. After graduating, he worked in interior design studios and art galleries, where he deepened his understanding of aesthetics, atmosphere, and storytelling.
Along the way, his love for food grew stronger. He took part in cooking courses that allowed him to explore flavor the same way he explored form and space—hands-on, thoughtfully, and with a creative spirit.
Since moving to Vancouver in 2021, he’s brought all these passions together. Working in restaurants through Pop’n Chill, he’s been creating experiences where food, design, and emotion come together. His approach is guided by intuition, visual harmony, and a love for moments that feel personal, generous, and artful.

Parham’s journey in hospitality started from scratch with genuine passion. In 2016 in Tehran, he stepped into the café and restaurant world, learning through hands-on experience and growing with every challenge. He studied Hospitality Management at university and completed extensive professional training in bakery, pastry, coffee, cocktails, wine, and culinary arts.
Before moving to Vancouver in 2021, Parham was deeply involved in Iran’s hospitality scene—organizing barista competitions, launching new F&B brands, and producing large-scale events.
Now through Pop’n Chill, he continues that path by co-creating immersive pop-up events, developing café concepts, and designing experiences that bring people together. His approach is rooted in care, attention to detail, generosity, and a deep belief in the magic of community.
